The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. It was right at Colchester city centre. Visited their restaurant Bars and Lounges couple of times. Bathroom was large.

It was a 4-star hotel in every way. We felt at home in gorgeous Greyfriars. In the evening we visited Kimchi House, set around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the property. Coffee machine and TV were available in the room...

It is undoubtedly a great option when in Colchester. We loved everything about the hotel, including FABULOUS location and rooms. Lots of options for breakfast in the bar.

The breakfast had a good choice of food and it was superb. Within walking distance of castle park. The location was ideal, about a 10-minute walk from the Colchester Town train station❤
